Is it possible to find nba playoff tickets from the box office just before the game?

If it depends, on what? I know its impossible to find Lakers, Warriors, Spurs, Celtics tickets but how about 76ers, Wizards and Hawks(if they make). I think i can find Hawks, 76ers or Hornets playoff tickets just before the game. Im not from the states. 76ers game would be perfect for me.
