I used a family members credit card to buy the tickets and now i'm confused as to whether i'm able to pick them up from the box office as its not my name on the credit card. im so confused and the gig is on friday. Answers are needed quick please.

Take the family member who's card you used along with you to collect the tickets, but make sure you ring ahead first to the O2 box office. Hope it all works out for you :-)
